FREQUENCY RESPONSE AND EXPERIMENTAL TRANSFER FUNCTION OF A BLACK BOX MODEL

Individual Project Requirements:
To build a circuit with National Instruments myDAQ device to retrieve output of the blackbox model using chirp signal. Compare the output signal to the input signal and extract frequency response and a transfer function of the device.
The data must be acquired in LabView environment.
Parts Used:

Procedure:
First, the data simultaneous data output and input signal reading channels were established. Then the chirp signal ranging 1Hz to 6kHz in frequency was sent to the black box device. The signal was sampled at 50kHz rate. Then the data was imported into MatLab and frequency response plots as well as experimental transfer function were extracted.
